FAQ's

Q) How much is postage and packaging?
A) To keep things simple, we charge £1.99 postage and packaging, no matter how much you order.

Q) How long will my order take to arrive?
A) Many items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and everything leaves by Royal Mail first class so you should get your order very quickly. Some products take a little longer, but all dispatch times are on the product pages. 

Q) Will you send items on ahead or dispatch all together?
A) We will send everything together so it arrives in one delivery.

Q) Are the labels waterproof?
A) All the stickers are waterproof. The equipment name label stickers will go through dishwashers, sterilisers, microwaves and freezers. The clothing name label stickers will all go through washing machines (currently tested at 40 degree washes) and tumble dryers.
